Simone de Waart of Material Sense was invited by KIDP (the Korean Institute for Design Promotion) to give a lecture at the 4th international seminar on Emotional Design. Speakers included people from Ge Plastics, Peclers Paris and Korea, Design Afairs and IDAS Korean education, de Waart gave a lecture on "the sense of materials" with themes from Material Sense presentations and current developments in materials and technologies in the Netherlands and Europe.
