Design Cafe Sustainability

At the design cafe organized by Brainport, De Waart lectured on the challenges involved in using materials in a sustainable way and finding new solutions to create materials that are more sustainable. She discussed the exhibition themes "Revalue" (revival of old techniques and authentic materials), "Refine" (lightweight materials) and "Recover" (self-healing).
