Material Sense combined her course at Design Academy Eindhoven with her project at the Natural Fibre Composites network to connect design students to get acquainted with these newly bio composites. LAB students got introduced into the basics of forming and manufacturing composite products at the Composites lab from InHolland in Delft. With these fundamental knowledge students created series of experiments in plastics reinforced with natural fibres and designed new application for them.
