Within the leadership program for direct managers of NXP, Material Sense organized an interactive sensorial connectivity event. We combined preparing food together, hands on making, and challenging questions related to leadership and connection to enhance team spirit and allow informal contact between participants. The workshop was developed in close cooperation with and at the inspiring ambiance of Keukenconfessies.
