The project PROUD was a European collaboration project funded by EU Interreg, The project brought European partners together to co-create a social and sustainable future.Material Sense initiated within this European project ‘Moving Materials'. Moving Materials existed of the exhibition that showed inspiring collected materials- and product example cases of Europe to ‘move' the idea of the use of current materials and new technologies. The collection evolved over the three years of the projects; we designed the possibility of adding local cases by the different locations. Also the discussion on new maker culture and entrepreneurship in Europe (like 3D printing / laser cutting) was evoked by Moving Material Masterclasses.
